Design Research

ROLE: User Researcher

SUMMARY: As part of the Discovery phase to identify design opportunities and requirements, we create personas or customer profiles. It allows us to know precisely who we are going to target with our design solutions. Once we've created a set of customer profiles, we craft user scenarios to define the flow of activities that users would perform with the software. This is the basis of the Envision phase to generate and validate design solutions.
