SUMMARY: Created product strategy and definition for the B2B site (Principle Network Partner) based on research activities on the B2C site (My Game Space).

Gift Cards

ROLE: User Researcher

SUMMARY: Modified traditional focus group to include participatory design session at the end to inspire designers in creating pre-paid gift card layout. We asked participants to create a layout of their ideal gift card using paper and colored markers. Afterwards, participants were asked to describe their layout and what it meant to them. The recorded session and layouts were brought back to the designers to inform and inspire.
